Mother's Day 2021

The bigs say the little is always the favorite but he’s the only one who wants a pic alone w me. Love these 3 toots so much. Still not the shortest....yet.

I can't believe how days were slow and the year was fast during COVID. All of a sudden Jake is an upcoming Junior, Luke is going to be a Freshman and Will in 6th grade.  My babies are a far cry from babies and I miss those days.  That said, this year of homeschooling has provided so much extra time together that I completely treasure. We've had the opportunity to talk about big life things, spend time together, go on "field trips". I wouldn't trade it for the world.

These boys make my world go 'round. Love them so!

 

Will and Football

Guess what? Momma remembered her camera again! #thisteam #theseboys The most precious, I mean tough, group of kids. Friends on and off the field and they LOVE themselves some football. Will had 3 interceptions and a Pick 6 in his first game. #dontsayproud These boys are dynamos and treasured friends.

Will LOVES football.  He may not be the fastest on the field, but he's a thinker. Each of his coaches have told me at different times that Will is a smart player and truly watches where the play is coming from.

He takes his football very seriously.  I mean, he's a Native Texan after all. 

 

Luke and Lacrosse

This kid. Nothing is more fun than getting great shots of him in action. He makes me so proud, not because he is a great athlete, because he is. But, he makes me proud because I consistently hear that he is coachable, respectful and has good sportsmanship. He's got skills. But more important to me than skills is his character. And great character is often hard to find on the field... I am proud of who he is and who he is becoming. #ilovehimso #driven #competitive #lax #pvlacrosse
